“Don’t ask what your country can do for you.
Ask instead what can you do for your countryJohn F. Kennedy

Kennedy asks "What can we do for our country", and the answer for this complicated question is pretty simple: get out and VOLUNTEER! We in GreenBlitz believe that everything in the world is about getting by giving. In other wards, In order to get something that we want, we have to give and share: to help those who need our help and to share our knowledge with those who want to learn.

GreenBlitz FLL

The Inspiration of technology starts already in our early years. Many kids are getting very interested about the robotics world before the age of 16.

For that reason, we have decided to open 4 new FLL teams in our school this year. Through the FLL [First Lego League] we give the kids a chance to experience the amazing world of the robots.

Kindergardens

It is a known fact that young kids are the most curious ones. And furthermore, they are never getting enough information to satisfy their appetites for knowledge.

In GreenBlitz we are trying to reach the kids and give them as much information as we can, that suits their levels of understanding.

we are doing it with love, with patience and in the most interesting ways that we know of.

Yishay Center

Gifted children undoubtedly are the future of the technology and science.
Yishay Center is a special program that gives those gifted kids an option to learn some more and have enrichment activities in addition to learning with regular kids.

We visit those kids once in every while, giving them various activities and guidance about robots and technology.

GreenBlitz and Community

Children Hospital

There is a school in the "Dana-Dwek Children's Hospital". This School provides the hospitalized children with educative activities and matirials in order to help them to get back to school after the recovery.

We visit them every friday with 2 vulanteers that give them an enrichment activity about the FIRST and our group. We present them FIRST, FRC, FLL and gave them some creative activities and demonstrated with a FLL robot.

Beside the fact that they learn a bit about robotics, this helps them to relieve their pain by focusing on our activity, and it is very rewarding to hear that.

Our Current Activities Are:

Roboitcs Class For Children "RoboMe"

Every Sunday we offer under-privileged children in South Tel-Aviv a robotics class.

During our meetings every child builds a robot which will be able to rotate its head and glow. The children get to learn about First and get some basic knowledge about robotics in the process.
